Welcome to endeavr.io! These Terms of Service ("Terms'') govern your access to and use of the endeavr.io platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform is open to anyone who successfully completes our selection process. To apply, you must provide your name, email address, and a justification for access. We reserve the right to accept or deny access at our sole discretion.
- Spamming, scraping, or otherwise unauthorized use of Platform resources or data.
- Infringing on any intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent.
- Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening communication with other users.

Currently, the Platform does not allow users to upload or submit any content. However, we may introduce such features in the future. If and when we do, additional terms and conditions may apply.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works of any such content or intellectual property without our express written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.
We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, without notice or explanation. We may also take any other action we deem necessary, including but not limited to, suspending your account, removing content you submit, and reporting you to law enforcement. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, involvement in prohibited activities and inactivity for more than 2 years.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Denmark.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and endeavr.io with respect to your access to and use of the Platform. These Terms may be amended by us at any time by posting the amended version on the Platform. You agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our website utilizes the Facebook Pixel on our landing, sales, and application pages to assess ad effectiveness. However, please be aware that this tool exclusively tracks interactions with these specific pages and does not monitor user activity within the platform itself. Your platform activities remain private and separate from this analysis.
